Come in. This is where I keep my work, my photography, and the things I write when I need to think them through.
I sell software for a living. These days I'm a Senior Account Executive at Coverflex, working with Portuguese companies on compensation, benefits and the changing shape of work. Most of the job is conversation: with founders, HR teams and people trying to make better decisions.
AI is now part of how I work every day. I use it to prepare better, move faster, and clear away much of the work around the conversation, so I can pay more attention when another person is actually in front of me. Technology can improve the work. It doesn't replace the human part of it.
Away from the laptop, I photograph, read theology and philosophy, and I'm a husband and father of five. That explains most of the noise in this house, and puts the rest of it in perspective.

Bitcoin | The Fairy Tale
No currency removes the imperfection built into human exchange, because the imperfection was never in the ledger.
Panem et circenses
The crowd applauds one side or the other, holding a banner because that's easier than finding out what's true.
